No Smoking & No Parties: Smoking inside the apartment and organizing events are strictly prohibited. Pets are welcome, provided they are covered by a valid insurance policy.

Instructions for recycling and waste disposal will be provided upon your arrival.

Early or late check-in, late check-out, and additional sets of linens or towels may incur a small extra charge, payable upon arrival.
